You Have All the Information. What's Really Stopping You?

Another workshop isn't the answer.

Hey family, Michael here…

You Have All the Information. What's Really Stopping You?

Another workshop isn't the answer.

Another memory on the books with Christian and Amanda.

Let me describe someone.

See if this sounds familiar.

→ They've been to the local special needs planning workshops.
→ They've attended the webinars.
→ They've downloaded the free guides.
→ They've booked free consultations with attorneys, advisors, and agents.

They've collected a folder full of notes, business cards, and "next steps."

Six months go by. A year. Two years.

The folder gets thicker.

But nothing else changes.

They have all the information.

But they haven't taken action.

Does This Sound Like You?

I see you!

If it does, I'm not here to judge you. I was also there at one point in my life.

I'm here to ask you one question:

What's really stopping you?

Because it's not information. You have plenty of that.

It's something else.

Why We Get Stuck in the Loop

I've talked to dozens of families. And here's what I've learned:

The ones who go from advisor to advisor, workshop to workshop, aren't lazy.

They're scared.

→ Scared of making the wrong decision.
→ Scared of spending money on the wrong thing.
→ Scared of facing what these decisions really mean.

So they keep collecting information.

→ Because research feels productive.
→ Because learning feels like progress.
→ Because as long as you're "still figuring it out," you don't have to decide.

But here's the truth:

→ Another webinar won't protect your family.
→ Another free consultation won't update your beneficiaries.
→ Another workshop won't fund your child's trust.

Only action will.

The Cost of Staying in the Loop

Every month you spend "researching" is another month your family is unprotected.

And I've seen what happens:

Health changes, and the life insurance they were "thinking about" is no longer available.

A child turns 18, and the outdated plan they meant to update no longer works.

An emergency happens, and there's no plan in place because it was still "in progress."

Waiting doesn't protect anyone.

How to Break the Loop

I'm not asking you to figure out everything today.

But I am asking you to stop collecting and start deciding.

Here's how:

1. Pick ONE thing. Not the whole plan. Just one piece. Maybe it's life insurance. Maybe it's the trust. Maybe it's the beneficiary forms.

2. Set a deadline. "By the end of this month, I will ___." Not "someday." Not "when I'm ready." A real date.

3. Stop shopping. Start committing. Find one advisor you trust. Work with them. Going from professional to professional keeps you stuck. Commitment is what moves you forward.

So this week, ask yourself:

Do I have enough information already?

What's REALLY stopping me from taking action?

And then make one decision.

Just one.

That's how you break the loop.

✅ P.S. If you've been in the loop for months (or years), let's end it. Book a 15-minute call with me. [Schedule yours here], but this time, come ready to take action.

✅ P.P.S. Know someone who's been "researching" forever? Forward this to them. Sometimes we all need someone to say: "Enough. It's time."

Verse of the Week:

"Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says."
