What happens to the care if something happens to you?

Most plans cover what a family owns.
Far fewer cover what a family depends on every day.
If you’re the one holding things together, for a child who will need support for life, for aging parents, or for a household that runs on your income, there’s a risk underneath all of it that rarely gets named.
Not what happens to your child. What happens to the care if something happens to you.
Most families have thought about what happens if they die. Far fewer have thought about not dying. Getting sick, getting hurt, still being here while the income stops and the care still has to happen.
That’s the gap. And you may already own coverage that does more than you think, or far less. Most people have never been told which.

What we’ll cover
The risk underneath everything else: not what happens to your child, but what happens to the care if something happens to you
What your coverage actually does if you’re alive but unable to work
What continuity really requires: money, but also who steps in, and whether anyone has told them
Where to start if none of this is in place yet
What it isn’t
Not about health insurance, Medicaid, SSI, government benefits, ABA authorizations, or claim denials. Those matter, just not covered here.
Not a review of your situation. General education, not a recommendation.
Not a sales presentation. Nothing is sold in the room. Examples are hypothetical and illustrate how coverage works, not a recommendation of any product.
Why join live
You can ask questions in the chat and hear what other families are asking. Most people find the questions are the useful part.
Can’t make it live? Register anyway. The replay goes to everyone who signs up.
