Big news from our friends at Eleplan!
Brought to you by:

Eleplan is a member of The Special Needs collective directory. We are sharing this resource for awareness purposes only and do not receive compensation for this mention.
This Friday, February 20th marks National Caregivers Day, a time to recognize the millions of people who support loved ones through disability, illness, and aging. While this day of recognition matters, caregiving itself doesn’t happen once a year. It happens every day.
That's why, in honor of National Caregivers Day, our friends at Eleplan are offering the platform free for families for a limited time. Because the work caregivers do deserves more than recognition.
Caregiving already comes with enough barriers: time, systems, information, coordination. Cost shouldn’t be one of them. Thanks in part to Eleplan partners who believe in expanding access to real support, this change helps more families say yes to tools that bring clarity, continuity, and peace of mind to everyday caregiving.

About Eleplan:
Eleplan is the intelligent infrastructure behind modern caregiving. The platform helps families and the professionals who support them transform scattered documents, notes, and lived knowledge into a structured, shareable, person-centered care database. Using secure, trust-first AI, Eleplan organizes critical information so the right people have access at the right time — reducing overwhelm, improving coordination, and ensuring continuity across settings and across the lifespan. From daily logistics to long-term planning, Eleplan helps caregivers move from reactive to ready.
